By accessing, browsing, or using the 695 platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 695 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed immediately.
Each user is permitted to hold only one 695 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 695 support team immediately.
695 platform users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that harms others is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 695 reserves the right to forfeit any balance or winnings associated with activities that breach these terms.
All transactions on the 695 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go (TNG) e-wallet, and direct bank transfers. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is a serious breach that may result in legal action.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the schedule and conditions set by 695. Prior to the first withdrawal being processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days under normal circumstances. 695 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of unlawful activity or a breach of terms.
The 695 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. 695 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or any cause beyond our control.
All content on the 695 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 695 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission from 695.
695 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account at any time where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that endangers other users or the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the offending activity will not be refunded.
The 695 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 695 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
695 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the 695 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 695 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
